Job Summary:
We are looking for a Production Engineer with 0 to 8 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, specifically in the production of surgical instruments, implants, and fixation devices. Candidates should have a B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and be proficient in CAD/CAM software. The role involves overseeing and optimizing production processes with a salary budget of up to ₹6 LPA.
Travelling Details:
The company provides a free transport facility from Naigaon Station to the Poman location, covering a distance of 15.1 km in approximately 39 minutes by company bus.
Job Details
1.Production Planning & Execution – Manage daily production targets, process flow, and resource allocation.
2.In-process Inspection – Ensure quality at every stage of manufacturing using proper measuring tools.
3.Reporting to Management – Daily and weekly updates on production output, challenges, and improvements.
4.Technical Complaints Handling – Address customer complaints, identify root causes, and implement solutions with improvements.
5.Required Skills:
oSound knowledge of Machining Processes and Material Science
oProficiency in CAD/CAM software
oSkilled in using measuring instruments – Vernier, Dial Gauge, etc.
6.Preferable Skills:
oCNC programming knowledge
oFamiliarity with different CNC control systems
7.Manpower Handling – Able to manage a team of 8 to 25 operators per shift
8.Machines Used in Workshop:
oCNC, VMC, Sliding Head
oTraditional machines: Lathe, Milling, Drilling, Grinding
9.Shift Pattern – Rotational shifts every 15 days
